Giedrė Teresevičienė is an HR professional with over a decade of experience in the field, currently serving as the Country HR Director at Affidea Lithuania. In this role, Giedrė leads the HR function for one of Europe’s largest private healthcare providers, overseeing a workforce of over 1100 employees across 22 clinics in Lithuania.

Giedrė Teresevičienė is at the forefront of developing and implementing an HR strategy that aligns seamlessly with the organization’s business objectives and core values, emphasizing quality, innovation, and patient-centricity. In addition, Giedrė has a notable track record in managing complex M&A and greenfield projects, demonstrating a unique ability to facilitate seamless integration and talent retention.

Committed to continuous personal and professional development, Giedrė is currently an EMBA candidate at BMI Executive Institute, enhancing her leadership and business skills. She also shares her extensive HR expertise as a college lecturer at SMK University of Applied Social Sciences, nurturing the knowledge and passion for HR among future professionals.
