About

Having been a local, regional and global member of senior leadership teams in large publicly listed organizations myself, I have first-hand experience 

of what it is like to work with the dynamic complexities and pressures faced by businesses and senior leaders across different industries, from FMCGs to Telco and MedTech at Local and Global level, the Leadership Team and Board Members therefore experience the added benefits of: 

  • Partnering with a highly experienced Organizational Effectiveness and Efficiency professional able to dynamically manage P&L in close partnership with CFOs  
  • Leveraging Strategy and Team effectiveness workshops, brainstorming sessions based on Design Thinking methodology

  • Talent Mgmt to ensure succession plans for Biz-critical positions and Employees’ Engagement for front-line employees  

Next to holding a master’s degree in International Management from Rome University, I have also been part of Ph.d cohort for 2 years on the topics of Leadership and Strategy at the same university. I have been 

trained for “Coaching for Impacts”  at Tavinstock Institute in London and completed several executive training courses at IMD Business School on the topics of Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Customer Analytic,s and recently I obtained the “Talent Mgmt qualification” at RBL Group  

Studied, worked, and lived across all continents I am now based in Zurich with my wife and my 6-year-old son Nicola, enjoying playing sports in my spare time and all the amenities in the Swiss Alps
