Ellis Griffith (she/they) is the Global Chief People Officer at ERM. Ellis has a multi-decade career leading every aspect of the people function from large scale transformation to personal coaching with a particularly deep interest in
DEIB and Employee Mental Health. Prior to ERM, Ellis worked at McKinsey & Company where they served as regional CHRO and Chief Diversity Officer and prior to that served as Chief Human Resources & Diversity Officer with the American Cancer Society, Talent Management leader with The Coca-Cola Company, and in Organizational Consulting with Kearney.
Ellis is passionate about inclusion and allyship and brings that focus to all of her work, in particular within the mental health space. Ellis’ PhD in Organizational Leadership and Inclusion followed an MBA in Organizational Studies and, entirely logically, an undergrad degree in Japanese and Asian Religion.
Ellis has a wife and four not-really-children-anymore all of whom live in the Netherlands.
