John has built his career from the roots of Occupational Psychology and working with SHL, a world leading consultancy specialising in psychometric job fit. This was followed by 16 years in the Financial services sector with global blue chip businesses and for 4 years with Royal Phillips based in Amsterdam as head of Organisational Effectiveness. Now working in the Private Equity sector for a business services company. John is passionate about helping organisations and
leaders make organisations great places to work.
