Before joining Rituals, she served as CHRO at Hunkemöller and Fitness First, where she played a key role in reshaping HR strategies to fuel business growth and cultural transformation. With Dutch roots but a truly global perspective, Anne has lived and worked in over 20 countries, having relocated an astonishing 45 times throughout her career. Her passion for HR innovation led her to found her own HR Tech startup, pushing the boundaries of how technology enhances the employee experience. Since 2023, she has also been the Chairwoman of the HR Tech Awards NL, recognizing and celebrating cutting-edge HR technology solutions.
In the four years before joining Rituals, Anne ran an exclusive coaching practice, working closely with CHROs, CEOs, and leadership teams to elevate their impact, navigate complexity, and accelerate business transformation.
