Andrea Minogini serves as Group Senior Director of People Care & Services at Intesa Sanpaolo, a leading banking group in Italy and Europe. In the past, he has spent many years gaining extensive experience in HR as an executive abroad, in regions where the Group holds strategic subsidiary banks, and in a couple of these, he served as COO and HR Director. Since 2018, he has spearheaded strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being as part of the Group's HR strategy and corporate culture, while also innovating personnel services, including childcare, corporate dining, travel management and fleet management. Under his leadership, Intesa Sanpaolo launched CareLab, a comprehensive ecosystem promoting mental, physical, and social well-being through digital platforms, tools, and apps, as well as in-person activities and initiatives, today available to all employees worldwide (over 90,000 people). His holistic approach to employee care has established a workplace culture centered on fostering health, resilience, and engagement, where well-being is an integral part of the Group corporate culture.
