With over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, Adolfo Criscuolo is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Prometeon Tyre Group. He has held leadership roles in HR at global companies in the home appliances, construction, and retail sectors, demonstrating strong expertise in HR management, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Adolfo holds a Law degree from the University of Naples Federico II and completed an advanced executive HR program at the University of Michigan. He is passionate about strategic human resource development and fostering a people-centered corporate culture that emphasizes work-life balance.
